Existential questions give me the opportunity to fully live out the role assigned to me in this life. This is also where I’m ‘good’ at what I do, and where I come into my own. Isn’t that what you’d want most too? And yet we don’t do it, because we’re afraid. Afraid of not being good enough.

In my trainings, the theme of Conflict is central. Understanding what conflict is, how it arises, and dealing with it constructively doesn’t just make good collaboration possible — it makes it inspiring and interesting. Every conflict begins and ends in an individual person. And yes, that includes you. From that perspective, I want to do justice to every person — including you. That means I think along with you and offer only ‘Tailor-Made Trainings’.
